Return & Refund Policy

At ADORANCE, we care about your shopping experience and want you to feel completely confident with every purchase.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied, please review our policy below for returns, cancellations, and refunds.


1. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped or produced.
Once the order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
If the cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

2. Returns (if applicable)

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Please do not send your return directly to the manufacturer.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide the return shipping address and instructions via email.

Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
No restocking fee will be charged.


3. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days, and the credited amount will automatically appear in your original payment method.

If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider (it may take additional processing time).

  3. If you still haven’t received your refund after completing the above steps, contact us at info@adorancelash.com.


4. Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Used or damaged products not due to our error

We only replace or refund items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our mistake.
